I bought a set of control arms that ended up being incompatible due to their site listing. Shipped them back per their RMA. They denied the request to return even though it's their fault. Later I looked at reviews (too late) and this is the common theme for them. Worst service ever. Customer service wasn't even apologetic and couldn't be bothered to capitalize their sentences... This board I have found is run by companies posting fake complaints then extorting money by telling the company that they can get them removed for a fee. I have ordered from partsgeek mutiple time and have no issues. And I have called in to place every order. They do answer phones and emails.
